Apple is realised in mirror-polished stainless steel using a cold-forming process that allows the material to be shaped with precision and restraint. Familiar at first glance, Apple becomes something reflective, both literally and conceptually, as it absorbs and re-presents its surroundings.

Outdoors, Apple blends naturally within gardens and terraces, often framed by carefully considered planting, clipped topiary forms, architectural shrubs, ornamental grasses and flowering perennials, where the polished surface captures sky, foliage and movement. Close-up views reveal another layer entirely: fragments of sky, the silhouette of a tree, or passing figures are softly distorted across the curved surface.
